Job summary

Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a Correctional Industries Production Specialist (Truck Driver) to oversee transportation, delivery, and installation of ACI products, supervising inmate crews, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires operating gas/diesel vehicles, CDL with passenger endorsement preferred, and adherence to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of supervision and management techniques.
• Knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, product delivery, storage, manufacturing, and installation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a range of vehicles from vans to semi-trailer rigs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections as required by law.
• Supervise and train inmate workers.
• Oversee loading, delivery and installation of ACI products.
• Supervise warehouse activities performed by inmates.
• Maintain CDL and medical compliance; complete required reports.
