Qualifications

• One year of experience in warehouse operations which included responsibility for loading freight, operating forklifts and operating single commercial vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of 26,000 pounds or more to deliver supplies and equipment.
• Ability to supervise inmate workers.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store freight including items such as food, office furniture, and supplies; palletize freight and unload shipments using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Prepare orders and load delivery vehicles according to schedules; review orders and pack stock for delivery; maintain inventory records.
