Job summary

Lynden Door Trucking, LLC seeks full-time CDL A drivers for OTR routes based out of Spokane, WA. We haul doors across the Midwest and beyond in 53ft dry vans, with 11–15 day trips and home 2–3 days every other week.

The role features an hourly pay structure, 55 hours per week baseline, and up to 15% higher wages for experienced drivers, plus quarterly and annual bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with clean driving record.
• DOT drug and alcohol test clearance required.
• OTR/mountain driving experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class A tractor-trailer on OTR routes from Spokane, WA.
• Load/unload cargo when required and secure loads safely.
• Maintain accurate logs and communicate with dispatch.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and uphold safety standards.

Job description

ROLE: Lynden Door Trucking, LLC is a growing, family-owned transportation and logistics company, looking for full-time, CDL OTR drivers based out of Spokane, WA. We haul our doors from Lynden to the states in the, Midwest, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Texas, Ohio, and beyond at times, and bring all types of freight back to Northwest in 53ft dry vans.

These lanes require driver to be gone 11-15 days including 34 hour reset and home 2-3 days every other week. Longer road time is available to drivers that would like to be gone longer.

OTR lanes run to Michigan and Wisconson for deliveries, then returning from Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee.

1. Our OTR loads are 99% no-touch! Equipment consists of newer Peterbilt, Freightliner, and Mack Tractors.
2. Our Drivers appreciate Supervisors that care for them, support them immediately with issues that come up on the road, and work with them on scheduling needs.
3. Hourly pay structure takes the pressure off of sitting in traffic or road construction delays, and ensures you can always drive at safe speeds, take needed breaks, and be focused on getting there the way you left, not getting there more quickly than is comfortable.
4. Quarterly $400 bonuses for Performance (Safety, Idle Time, Logbook, Incident-free) and annual $400 Gold Star Bonus (based on quarterly bonuses).

• Competitive hourly wages - $74,000 - $92,000 annually - based on 55 hours/week, and up to 15% higher wages for experienced drivers
• Steady work throughout the year
• Drivers are paid while loading and unloading, and when in traffic.
• Overtime is paid for all hours worked in a week over 40
• Quarterly Performance Bonus; Up to $400.00, Eligible on the first full quarter, following the 90 day probation period.

COMPETENCIES:

• Class A drivers must be able to provide a good driving record
• Physically fit enough to chain up, tailgate some product, and assist in sorting doors being dropped at each location
• OTR and mountain driving experience is a plus
• Job offers are based on passing a DOT drug and alcohol test as required by law
• Must have good customer service skills and the ability to represent our Company well to the public
