Job summary

Commercial Driving 101 is hiring an instructor to advance students toward Commercial Driver's Licenses. The role requires a valid Class A CDL for at least 2 years and, ideally, state certification. We may assist with certification if needed.

This is a year-round, full-time position with full benefits and a sign-on bonus for those who already hold a state-certified instructor license. We aim to reduce weekend work and offer 3-day weekends in summer, with no Saturday or Sunday shifts in the normal

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL for a minimum of 2 years.
• State certified instructor preferred; willing to assist with certification.
• Ability to teach and guide students toward CDL licensing.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and mentor students to obtain Commercial Driver's Licenses.
• Deliver classroom and behind-the-wheel training for Class A/B CDL.
• Support program growth and student advancement within a team.

Over the past 5 years we have continued to offer Class A and B CDL training to individuals in the farm community. We are after someone to help continue to advance our students by taking the next step in obtaining a Commercial Drivers license. We would prefer finding a state certified instructor however we can also help with this process as well as long as you have held a valid Class A CDL for a minimum of 2 years.

This is a year round full time position with full benefits. We strive to offer 3 day weekends in the summer months and we do not work Saturday or Sundays in the normal work year. Come find out why we continue to grow and be apart of a team!
