Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking Tractor Trailer Drivers to haul waste and recyclables to disposal sites, recycling plants, and customer locations. A Class A CDL is required, tanker endorsement preferred, and strong driving skills are essential.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain logs, secure loads, and interact professionally with customers while operating equipment safely. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years CDL truck driving experience required.
• Valid Class A CDL is required; tanker endorsement preferred.
• Able to read and speak English; good communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck safely in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Enter/exit truck multiple times daily and maintain route logs.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure load securement.
• Interact professionally with customers and load trailers as needed.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and assist Roll Off operations when required.
