Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of transportation or logistics management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing CDL drivers.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, Hours of Service, and transportation regulations.
• Experience managing OTR transportation operations.
• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ELD platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all day-to-day terminal operations.
• Supervise and support CDL OTR drivers to ensure safe, timely, and efficient cryogenic molecule movement.
• Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, maintenance, and logistics team to maximize operational performance.
• Monitor delivery schedules, equipment availability, and driver productivity.
• Develop and implement operational procedures that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure optimal utilization of tractors, trailers, and terminal resources.
