Job summary

RenewGas Transportation seeks an experienced Terminal Manager to lead the Oakfield, New York terminal with a hands-on approach to safe, compliant operations and a growing driver workforce.

You will oversee daily activities, coordinate with dispatch and maintenance, and lead a high-performing team to meet customer expectations while driving operational excellence across a Northeast network. The role requires a Class A CDL with Hazmat, strong leadership, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of trucking, transportation, terminal, or operational leadership experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat Endorsement.
• Strong working knowledge of trucking operations and dispatch processes.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations at the Oakfield terminal.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of daily transportation activities.
• Monitor terminal performance and address operational issues proactively.
• Support dispatch, logistics, and driver operations to exceed customer expectations.
• Establish and maintain operational procedures and best practices.
• Lead, coach, and develop terminal employees and drivers.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance with the Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain FMCSA, DOT, OSHA, and Hazmat regulatory compliance.
• Develop relationships with customers and partners, support reporting and planning.
