Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Streets Technician to assist in repair and installation of pavement, pothole repairs, and street cuts. CDL is required, and candidate will operate asphalt trucks and other heavy equipment on site.

Responsibilities include flagging traffic, planning work, maintaining equipment, and keeping accurate records. Prior civil construction and heavy equipment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CDL required.
• 1+ year of civil construction and heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Experience with street or stormwater maintenance helpful.

Responsibilities

• Flags traffic at works sites and installs traffic control devices.
• Plans work and ensures proper traffic patterns are in place before starting work.
• Ensures compliance with traffic control regulations, standards and specifications.
• Operates machinery, equipment and tools on projects.
• Maintains vehicles, tools and equipment.
• Operates asphalt truck and rolls as needed.
• Mends potholes, street shoulders and cuts.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and assists with ordering.
• Keeps records using work orders and asset management programs.
