Job summary

PLP Co. is seeking a Line Striper-Pavement Marking Technician to join our field crew. You will work on roadways, parking lots, and airports, laying out and applying markings while following DOT and company safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include measuring from plans or maps, recording quantities, and performing traffic control. Familiarity with gear and maintaining equipment is essential; willingness to work variable shifts and travel is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; CDL preferred.
• Must comply with safety policies and DOT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Layout and install pavement markings on roadways and parking lots.
• Perform field measurements and record quantities.
• Conduct traffic control including flagging and lane closures.
• Inspect equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Transport materials and equipment to job sites daily.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
