Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Cold Spring, MN seeks a Site Coordinator-CDL Driver to oversee safe and efficient truck and forklift operations in the Live Haul department. You will ensure compliance with animal welfare checks and CSA 2010 guidelines while supporting contract crews.

Responsibilities include monitoring barn ventilation, performing equipment inspections, and adhering to safety standards. A Class A CDL and a good driving record are required, with weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work under dusty, adverse conditions.
• Knowledge of driving and traffic rules.

Responsibilities

• Overlooks contract crew load out and performs animal welfare checks.
• Operates Live Haul trucks safely and transports fragile loads.
• Monitors barn ventilation during contract load out.
• Operates forklift loading trucks at contract growers safely and efficiently.
• Performs equipment inspections to maintain CSA 2010 compliance and reports issues.
• Follows packing and stock yard guidelines for weighing live poultry.
• Follows tarping guidelines during inclement weather.
