Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Site Coordinator-CDL Driver to safely operate Live Haul trucks and forklifts, perform welfare checks, and monitor barn ventilation. The role requires a valid Class A license, a clean driving record with 3+ years of experience, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds in dusty environments.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with some weekend work; benefits after 60 days; base hourly rate $30.55 plus a $1 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts and a perfect attendance incentive of $3 per

Qualifications

• Knowledge of driving and traffic rules.
• Some mechanical skill.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work under dusty adverse conditions.
• Valid Class A drivers license is required.
• Must have a good driving record with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Overlooks the contract crew load out while completing all animal welfare checks.
• Operates Live Haul trucks safely and with care for fragile loads.
• Monitors barn ventilation during contract load out.
• Operates forklift loading trucks at contract growers safely and efficiently.
• Performs equipment inspections per company guidelines and CSA 2010 to maintain compliance.
• Follows packers and stock yards guidelines for weighing live poultry.
• Follows truck tarping guidelines during inclement weather.
