Job summary

Pilgrim’s is hiring a Site Coordinator-CDL Driver to join our operations team. The role focuses on safe operation of Live Haul trucks, monitoring barn ventilation, and ensuring compliance with equipment and animal welfare checks.

Candidates should be adept at handling mechanical tasks and lifting up to 100 pounds, while maintaining adherence to driving rules. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend work, and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision coverage

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 years driving experience with clean record
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Able to work in dusty/adverse conditions

Responsibilities

• Overlooks the contract crew load out and completes animal welfare checks.
• Operates Live Haul trucks safely to transport loads.
• Monitors barn ventilation during contract load out.
• Operates forklift loading trucks at contract growers safely and efficiently.
• Performs equipment inspections per company guidelines and reports issues to supervisor.
• Follows packers and stock yard guidelines for weighing live poultry.
• Follows tarp guidelines during inclement weather.
