Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking an experienced CDL Driver with Passenger Endorsement to provide safe, attentive transportation for residents at our Rancho Santa Fe Legacy community. You will operate company cars and wheelchair-accessible vans with a focus on hospitality and safety.

You will assist residents getting in and out of vehicles, help with wheelchair lifts when needed, and participate in basic vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record; CDL with Passenger Endorsement required.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely in accordance with laws and ordinances.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles, including wheelchair lift as needed.
• Maintain and service vehicles; assist with fueling and scheduled maintenance.
• Assist with scheduled resident activities as needed.
• Support receptionist or concierge duties as required.
• Make hospitality, customer service and resident satisfaction the priority in every interaction.
