Job summary

Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe is seeking an experienced CDL Driver with Passenger Endorsement to provide safe, attentive transportation for residents at our luxury senior living community in San Diego. You will drive company vehicles and wheelchair-accessible vans, prioritizing safety, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities include assisting residents, basic vehicle maintenance, and supporting activities and reception tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDL with Passenger Endorsement required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with laws.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles, including wheelchair lift usage.
• Maintain vehicles and perform basic upkeep and refueling as needed.
• Support resident activities and receptionist/concierge duties as required.
• Prioritize hospitality and customer service in every interaction.
