Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe is seeking an experienced CDL Driver with Passenger Endorsement to provide safe, attentive transportation for our residents at our luxury senior living community in San Diego area.

The role involves driving company cars and wheelchair-accessible vans, assisting residents, and performing light vehicle maintenance while upholding exceptional hospitality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record; CDL with Passenger Endorsement required.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Professional, courteous and team oriented.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with laws.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles which may include wheelchair lift.
• Maintain and assist with preventative maintenance and fueling of vehicles.
• Assist with scheduled resident activities and Receptionist/Concierge duties.
• Make hospitality and resident satisfaction the priority in every interaction.

Our newly constructed luxury senior living community is seeking an experienced CDL Driver with Passenger Endorsement to provide safe, attentive transportation for our residents. If you have experience driving for a hotel, resort, private club, senior community or shuttle service, your skills could be a great fit.

You’ll drive company-owned cars and wheelchair-accessible passenger vans while combining safe driving, local area knowledge, patience and exceptional hospitality to make every trip safe, comfortable and enjoyable. YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure safe operation of the company vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances
• Assist residents in and out of company vehicles as needed which may include the use of a mechanical wheelchair lift
• Actively participate in the day-to-day upkeep and preventative maintenance needs of the company vehicles which may include fueling and taking vehicles for scheduled service appointments
• Assist with scheduled resident activities as needed
• Assist with Receptionist or Concierge duties as needed
• Make hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work

• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
