Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Driver to join our transportation team, providing safe, courteous transport for residents to appointments and activities using company vehicles and wheelchair-accessible vans or shuttles.

You will help with vehicle upkeep, safety inspections, and support resident activities. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, strong English communication, and a client-first hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record; CDL with Passenger Endorsement may be required in some states.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Willingness to learn and work; professional, pleasant, team oriented.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon pre-employment screenings (background check, drug screening, physical exam, TB testing).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the company vehicles in accordance with laws.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles; may require use of wheelchair lift.
• Perform day-to-day upkeep and preventative maintenance of vehicles.
• Assist with scheduled resident activities as needed.
• Assist with Receptionist or Concierge duties as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and customer service in every interaction.
