Job summary

Transdev in Lansing, MI is seeking an experienced shuttle driver to join our elite team. You will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for passengers while upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Responsibilities include safe route operations, passenger care, vehicle inspections, adherence to company protocols, and other duties as required. The position requires a valid CDL with passenger and airbrake endorsements, 3+ years driving experience, and flexible

Qualifications

21 years or older.
Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Availability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts.
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical per regulations.

Responsibilities

Safety-focused operations: follow routes and schedules with strict safety compliance.
Passenger care: assist passengers for boarding, rides, and disembarkation.
Vehicle vigilance: perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
Adherence to protocols: enforce seat belts, emergency readiness, and regulatory rules.
Other duties as required.
