Job summary

SP+ Shuttle Driver position in Sacramento, CA. Responsible for safe operation of shuttle buses and transporting passengers efficiently and securely at our large parking network. Requires CDL with Passenger Endorsement and DOT medical card, with availability for special shifts including weekends.

We expect professional appearance, clean DMV record, and strong customer service skills to ensure a seamless passenger experience across multiple locations.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Strong focus on safety and following DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience guided by SP+ standards.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain bus cleanliness; fuel as needed.
• Maintain on-time, uniformed appearance and reliable attendance.
• Possess a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
• Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate incidents such as spills to garage office.
• Substitute for Cashiers or Valets when authorized.
• Have thorough knowledge of garage areas and local routes to assist customers.
• Assist with luggage and travel items when applicable.
• Support the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
