SP Plus Shuttle Driver opportunity in Sacramento, CA. You will operate shuttle buses, transporting passengers safely and efficiently, while delivering an exceptional customer experience across locations in our parking network.

Requirements include a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a DOT Medical Card, plus the ability to work varied shifts. The role offers an hourly wage of $27.00 and comprehensive benefits to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Education/experience as specified: Less than High School or minimal related experience.
• License requirement: CDL Class A/B/C with Passenger Endorsement per DOT.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner’s Certificate) required.
• Ability to work special shifts; some locations require 3rd shift/weekends.
• Language: ability to read basic instructions and communicate with customers.
• Mathematical skills to handle cash and simple calculations.
• Appearance: neat, clean, in uniform.
• Physical: may lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle buses safely and efficiently to transport passengers.
• Deliver exceptional client and customer experiences guided by SP+ values.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of buses.
• Maintain on-time performance and proper uniform.
• Possess a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and keep DMV record acceptable.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to the Facility Manager.
• Be knowledgeable about garage areas and local streets to aid customers.
• Assist customers with luggage when applicable and support airport operations.
• Support the Facility Manager with additional duties as needed.
