Job summary

QXO is seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver to safely transport building materials between company locations. This role requires precise loading, securing, and documentation to support efficient intercompany transfers.

The ideal candidate holds a valid CDL Class A or B license, a clean driving record, and a safety-first mindset. Willingness to work early mornings, overtime, and weekends as needed to meet delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL Class A or CDL Class B driver's license in good standing.
• Experience transporting lumber, building materials, construction products, or industrial materials preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport building materials and products between company locations.
• Operate CDL vehicles in compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations and company policies.
• Load, unload, and secure materials using forklifts and other equipment.
• Verify product quantities and documentation before transport; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with dispatch and warehouse teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic inspections; report any issues promptly.
