Job summary

SP Plus Corporation is seeking a Shuttle Driver in the Camden area to safely operate shuttle buses and transport passengers between locations. You will ensure efficiency, assist disabled passengers, and maintain vehicle readiness while upholding SP+ standards.

The role requires a CDL class A/B/C with Passenger Endorsement, a clean DMV record, and a valid DOT medical card. Flexibility for shifts, uniform compliance, and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination.
• License: Valid CDL Class A, B or C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.
• Availability to Work: May require 3rd shift and/or weekends depending on location.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, understand simple instructions and communicate with customers.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic with dollars.
• Appearance: Neat, clean, uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client and customer experience guided by SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain bus cleanliness, fuel buses, log trips and assist disabled passengers.
• Be punctual and in uniform for every scheduled shift.
• Hold a valid CDL license and an acceptable DMV record.
• Report incidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist customers with luggage and transportation needs.
• Know garage layout and local streets to guide passengers smoothly.
