Job summary

SP+ is seeking a customer-focused driver associate at our Portland, Oregon location. The role supports parking operations with emphasis on safety, reliable service, and clear communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities include assisting passengers, performing inspections, maintaining a clean vehicle, and following DOT requirements. The position requires a CDL endorsement, DOT medical card, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or 1 month related experience.
• License: CDL Class A, B or C with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability to work: may require 3rd shift or weekends.
• Language: ability to read and write simple information and present to customers.
• Math: basic arithmetic using dollars and cents.
• Appearance: neat, clean, uniform.
• Physical Demands: stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client and customer experiences guided by SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections and assist disabled passengers; log trip counts.
• Be punctual, in uniform, and maintain DMV record.
• Use knowledge of garage areas and major streets to assist customers.
• Assist with luggage and shuttle operations where applicable.
• Support Facility Manager with additional duties as needed.
