Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• CDL for tractor trailer operation.
• Must have tractor trailer experience and a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and follow manuals and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle vehicle safely on each trip according to laws and policy.
• Maintain records of trailer numbers and vehicle positions.
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and follow safety requirements.
• Communicate with operations using phone or radio professionally.
• Position trailer at loading/unloading with signals; apply wheel chocks.
• Follow airline/electrical hookup and backing procedures.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment daily.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse and yard security.
