Qualifications

• Requires a valid CDL.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise all new Guest Service Aides.
• Prepare weekly schedule for Guest Service Aides and maintain documentation (time cards, reviews, etc.).
• Provide baggage delivery to guest rooms; tag and store luggage and maintain records of incoming/outgoing items; greet guests.
• Ensure the front lobby and entrances are clean and inviting.
• May provide directions to hotel facilities and local area attractions.
