Job summary

Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport is seeking a Guest Service Aide supervisor. The role focuses on training and supervising new staff, scheduling, luggage handling, and maintaining a welcoming lobby environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid CDL.
• Customer Service focused with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Flexible to work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise all new Guest Service Aides.
• Prepare weekly schedule for Guest Service Aides and maintain documentation (time cards, reviews, etc.).
• Provide baggage delivery to guest rooms; tag and store luggage and maintain records of incoming/outgoing items.
• Keep the front lobby, entrances clean and inviting.
• Offer directions to hotel facilities and local attractions.
