Job summary

Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport is seeking a hands-on Front Desk Supervisor to lead Guest Service Aides in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will train new staff, schedule weekly coverage, manage time records, and ensure the lobby areas are welcoming and tidy.

The role includes handling luggage processes, greeting guests warmly, and assisting with directions to hotel facilities and local attractions. A CDL is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Keep lobby and entrances clean and inviting.
• Give directions to hotel facilities and nearby attractions.
