Job summary

Sheraton Suites Philadelphia Airport in Philadelphia, PA is recruiting for a full-time Guest Service Aide Supervisor. You will train new staff, manage schedules, assist guests with luggage, maintain a welcoming lobby, and guide guests to hotel facilities and local attractions.

We are looking for individuals with CDL, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work in a high‑pressure, team‑oriented environment. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• CDL is required.
• Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift/move 10–25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise all new Guest Service Aides.
• Prepare weekly schedule for Guest Service Aides and maintain documentation (time cards, reviews, etc.).
• Provide baggage delivery to guest rooms; tag and store luggage; greet guests warmly.
• Ensure the front lobby and entrances are clean and inviting.
• May provide directions to hotel facilities and local attractions.
