Propark Mobility is hiring CDL shuttle drivers for full-time and part-time roles in Hartford, CT, starting immediately. You will transport customers, greet riders, and ensure safe operation of shuttle buses while complying with all regulations.

Requirements include CDL with passenger endorsement, a DOT medical card, and at least three years of driving experience. Flexible shifts, paid holidays, and benefits are offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• CDL required with passenger endorsement (A/B/C) and DOT medical card.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Drive shuttle bus and transport customers to and from the facility.
• Greet passengers and assist with loading/unloading.
• Operate shuttle safely and comply with traffic regulations.
• Record vehicle condition and report issues.
• Communicate with dispatchers via two-way radio about routes and delays.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections of shuttle buses.
• Monitor traffic/weather and notify dispatch of problems.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.

CDL Shuttle Driver

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Location: Hartford, CT

Shift & Schedule: Mornings, Afternoon and Evenings

Must Have: CDL, 3 Years Drivers License

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for:*

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
• Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Must haves:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
• You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
• You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Good to haves:

• Customer service: 1 year+
• Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 1 year+
