Job summary

Propark Mobility is hiring Shuttle Drivers in Brooklyn, NY for full-time and part-time positions. The role involves driving a shuttle bus, greeting passengers, loading and unloading, and ensuring safe operation while following all regulations. Immediate start available.

Required are a valid CDL and at least 3 years of driving experience, with the ability to operate a passenger van safely. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is needed, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs may be required.

Responsibilities

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.

• Operates shuttle bus safely and adheres to traffic/safety rules.
• Monitors vehicle condition and notes any issues on forms.
• Communicates routes and delays to dispatch via radio.
• Performs pre/post-trip inspections of shuttle buses.

CDL Shuttle Driver

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Shift & Schedule: 12:30 PM to 7:30 PM, No Holidays

Must Have: CDL, 3 Years Drivers License

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for:*

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
  
• Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
  
• Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
  
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
  
• Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
  
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
  
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
  
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
  
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.

Must haves:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
• You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
• You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
