Job summary

Propark Mobility in Columbia, SC seeks a CDL Shuttle Driver for full-time and part-time roles starting immediately. You will drive shuttle buses, welcome passengers, assist with loading/unloading, and ensure safety and on-time performance per company policies.

Responsibilities include inspections, radio communication with dispatch, and reporting any issues. Must meet licensing requirements, stay flexible for shifts and holidays, and provide courteous service to all customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently.
• Ability to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends.
• Energetic, outgoing and able to carry items up to 50 lbs if needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and resolves issues positively.

Responsibilities

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and assists with loading and unloading.
• Operates shuttle bus safely and complies with traffic rules.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records any issues.
• Communicates with dispatchers and drivers via two-way radio.
• Performs pre/post trip inspections at shift start and end.
• Monitors traffic and weather, notifies dispatch of problems.
• Reports accidents or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Treats customers in a courteous, friendly, professional manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for:

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
• Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Must Haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
