LAZ Parking is seeking a CDL Dispatcher to manage guest check-in/out and shuttle coordination at Medstar Washington Center. The role requires a CDL with passenger endorsement and strong customer service skills.

Candidates should be able to communicate professionally in English and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The position is hourly, part-time, with responsibilities including greeting guests, coordinating parking services, and ensuring timely problem resolution.

Formación

• 2+ years with a CDL w/ passenger endorsement
• Must have CDL for 2+ years with passenger endorsement
• Class A/B license requirement (Class B preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and assist with parking services, display a caring attitude
• Transmit and check in/out guests; ensure timely correspondence and problem resolution
• Promote premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and do related duties
