Job summary

Transdev in Columbus, Ohio (Columbus Airport RAC) is seeking an experienced CDL Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for our passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

This full‑time or part‑time role offers a starting pay of $18.00 to $21.50 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company contribution.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• CDL Class B with Air Brake and Passenger endorsements
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical per DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40

Responsibilities

• Safety-Focused Operations: Execute routes and schedules following safety protocols and regulations.
• Passenger Care: Assist passengers for smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle Vigilance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues; maintain cleanliness and safety equipment.
• Adherence to Protocols: Enforce seat belts, be prepared for emergencies, comply with regulations.
• Other duties as required
