Job summary

Transdev is seeking an experienced CDL Bus Driver to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. You will be responsible for safe and comfortable transportation, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service, and adhering to routes and schedules.

The role requires a CDL Class B with Air Brake and Passenger endorsements, 3 years of driving experience, and flexibility to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. Competitive pay ($18.00–$21.50/hour) and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• CDL Class B license with Air Brake and Passenger endorsements.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused operations adhering to routes and schedules.
• Provide exceptional passenger care and ensure smooth boarding and disembarkation.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Enforce seat belt and other safety protocols; comply with regulations.
