Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. seeks a Service Technician - CDL to provide on-site customer service and maintenance within a defined region, ensuring high unit uptime, reliability, and safety in railroad operations.

You will perform lubrication on top of rail and gauge face units, execute lubrication programs, manage inventory on the maintenance vehicle, process delivery tickets and warranty paperwork, and work with the Sales team to meet customer expectations.

Competenze

• Experience in railroad maintenance preferred.
• CDL required or valid CDL within scope.
• Ability to work independently and safely.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Lubricate top of rail and gauge face units to guidelines.
• Perform lubrication service program for railroad customers.
• Process work orders, tickets, and warranty paperwork.
• Build customer relations and coordinate with Sales.
