Qualifications

• 1+ years of Field service experience with a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years working in a railroad environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Maintain railroad safety training and certifications; Ability to obtain a CDL.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and maintenance functions to Loram customers.
• Manage inventory held on maintenance vehicle.
• Build customer and supplier relations for improved products and services.
