Job summary

10-4 Logistics is currently offering a training-focused program for CDL school graduates, with mentor-led instruction and paid orientation. Trainees earn $850 per week during training and advance to a solo driving role with assigned trucks upon successful completion.

Post-training earnings are $1,600–$1,800+ per week on eastern regional routes with no-touch dry van freight, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in mentor-driven training with weekly pay during the training phase.
• Learn regional dry van operations and safety protocols.
