Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time CDL bus driver to transport students and volunteers between LifeWise facilities. The driver must maintain a clean driving record, demonstrate punctuality, and adhere to all safety protocols to protect the children in their care.

Qualifications

• Must be a CDL driver with a passenger vehicle endorsement (P).
• Clear driving record and clean background.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug/alcohol testing.
• Yearly physician's statement for drivers with medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Transport students and LifeWise volunteers to and from the LifeWise site.
• Follow traffic laws and maintain bus cleanliness and safety.
• Perform regular bus inspections and refueling as needed.
• Create a safe environment for children and assist with entering/exiting the bus.
• Complete required LifeWise Academy training and participate in program activities as agreed.
