Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Successfully passed the State of Michigan CDL road and written tests with P and S endorsements.
• Applicants must undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform mandatory pre-trip inspections.
• Report any mechanical defects immediately.
• Maintain order and control of pupils on the bus.
• Transport only authorized pupils.
• Ensure safety equipment is in place.

Skills

Valid Michigan driver's license

Safe driving record

Ability to pass MDOT physical examination

Ability to pass drug test
