Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Trainee-DOT to join our team. The role focuses on learning all aspects of a Route Delivery Driver, delivering, unloading, and merchandising products across Bulk, Small Format, On-Premise, and Dollar General accounts, following PBV and customer standards.

This entry-level position requires a high school diploma, a Class A CDL, ability to pass a DOT physical, and a willingness to meet driving qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class A required.
• Must pass a DOT physical prior to first day of employment.
• Must obtain a CDL permit within 45 business days if CDL is not currently held.
• Positive attitude and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre/post-trip inspection on truck according to DOT requirements.
• Safely drives a truck with a gross vehicle weight of 26,000 pounds or more.
• Safely unloads product and ensures proper check-in procedures.
• Stocks shelves, racks, coolers, and displays with proper rotation.
• Breaks down boxes and removes damages and empty cases for proper credit.
• Obtains required signatures, store stamps, and invoices for end-of-day settlement.
• Communicates issues to store personnel and management.
• Follows all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
