Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Driver to sell and distribute products on designated routes, building strong customer relationships and ensuring product availability across accounts.

You will merchandise, stock displays, and manage invoices while upholding safety, reliability, and timely deliveries. A high school diploma is preferred; you must obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days and have 1–3 years of general work experience to qualify.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales, distribution, display and promotional activity.
• Sale and delivery of products to assigned accounts on a daily basis.
• Ensure that all accounts are merchandised/stocked according to CCBCHC standards.
• Transport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for accounts.
• Ensure proper accounting of product, cash and assets daily.
• Accurately and efficiently invoice and collect monies due.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service to all accounts through daily communication, problem resolution and appropriate follow up.
• Maintain neat appearance of all CCBCHC equipment and product in assigned accounts.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
