Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Driver to sell and distribute products, build customer relationships, and ensure product availability across designated accounts.

You will drive, merchandise, and stock according to company standards, manage invoicing and collections, and uphold safety and quality at all times. This role requires CDL readiness and strong reliability, with some travel and weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years general work experience preferred.
• 1+ years commercial driving experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume through product sales, distribution, display and promotions.
• Drive sales and deliver products to accounts daily.
• Merchandise and stock accounts per Coca-Cola High Country standards.
• Transport and maintain POS advertising at accounts.
• Accurately invoice and collect monies due.
• Build strong relationships with account personnel and provide excellent service.
• Maintain neat appearance of equipment and products in accounts.
• Keep back rooms clean and manage trade breakage.
