Republic Services in Auburn, MA is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide courteous waste removal services. You will inspect the vehicle, comply with safety standards, and complete daily reports. Route driving, loading refuse, and interacting with customers are core duties.

Required: Class B or higher CDL with air brakes endorsement; pay is $22.40–$30.80 per hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Benefits and retirement plans are offered.

• Excellent customer service and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Safely operate heavy truck on assigned routes and service customers.
• Load refuse, operate compactor, and dispose material at designated facilities.
• Interact with customers, dispatchers, and coworkers to ensure timely service.
• Complete route productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports daily.
