Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver with a Class B CDL to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt, courteous waste removal for customers. You will ensure the vehicle meets safety standards and complete daily vehicle condition reports.

This role emphasizes route adherence, safe loading, customer interaction, and compliance with state and federal regulations. A $4000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher CDL with air brakes endorsement.
• Safety-driven with the ability to perform route duties and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate the heavy truck on designated routes to service customers.
• Load refuse, operate the packer, and dispose at the designated facility.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and coworkers daily.
• Complete required reports and maintain productivity standards.
• Follow all safety policies and participate in ReSOP program.
