Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and serve customers on assigned routes. You will ensure the vehicle meets safety standards, complete daily VCRs, and follow all state and company regulations.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, loading refuse, and maintaining courteous interaction with customers and dispatch. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver's license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections per policy.
• Safely operate the heavy truck on assigned routes and service customers.
• Load refuse using packer and dispose at designated facility; follow safety procedures.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and coworkers daily.
• Complete route sheets and vehicle condition reports (VCRs) as required.
• Adhere to productivity standards and company safety policies.
