Casella is seeking a CDL Driver to operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll-off trucks with a strong focus on safety and customer service. The role includes performing pre/post trip inspections, navigating challenging routes, and prioritizing reliable service to designated customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, 18+.
• Valid Class A or B CDL and U.S. work eligibility.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre/post trip inspections per Casella safety standards and regulations.
• Drives rear/front/side/roll-off trucks safely on streets, highways, and customer sites.
• Provides courteous customer service and timely service.
• Completes route sheets and required paperwork accurately.
• Notifies Dispatch of service interruptions or safety issues.
• Attends training and safety programs and participates in continuous learning.
