Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Class A or B CDL.
• Hazmat endorsement or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last 5 years.
• DOT Clearinghouse verification from previous employers is required.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs, occasionally over 100 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in changing temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class B Hazmat vehicle to deliver cylinders and hard goods on designated routes.
• Collect empty cylinders and address customer inquiries.
• Record all transactions and obtain customer signatures.
• Handle loading and unloading of materials.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain safety compliance.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent Airgas during deliveries.
