Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a CDL driver to safely operate a vehicle for trash collection at our Phoenix facility. You will dump cans and open tops while following safety policies and using required PPE.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, 2+ years of CDL driving experience, valid AZ Class A/B CDL, DOT certification, clean MVR, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Join a team dedicated to community impact.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years’ CDL vehicle operation experience.
• Valid AZ CDL Class A/B, DOT cert, clean MVR, and medical certificate.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a vehicle to pick up and dump trash.
• Follow all policies and laws.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance checks.
• Meet daily work requirements with quality and quantity.
• Process and submit paperwork as directed.
• May work overtime as needed.
• Maintain safety rules and PPE.
• Report unsafe hazards.
• Unload vehicles and move items.
• Maintain regular in-person attendance.
• Model Goodwill Core Values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
