Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is hiring a Roll Off Driver to service customers by hauling waste and construction debris in roll-off containers. The role requires a Class B CDL, DOT medical card, and a commitment to safety on a dynamic route.

Responsibilities include operating the truck on routes, updating route sheets, inspecting loads, and maintaining professionalism with customers and dispatch. Physical requirements are substantial, with outdoor work in varying conditions and possible night/weekend

Qualifications

• Class B CDL without E Restriction is required.
• DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain before hire).
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUIs/OVIs in the last 5 years or 2 in the last 10 years.
• Eligible to work in the United States and read/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck safely to deliver and remove roll-off containers on assigned routes or work orders.
• Maintain and update route sheets; conduct daily DVIR inspections.
• Inspect containers and ensure load securement to prevent spillage.
• Keep truck cab clean and assist with tarps and loading as needed.
• Interact professionally with customers and dispatch for additional work orders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
