Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Roll Off Driver to service customers by hauling waste and construction debris to disposal sites. You will deliver, remove, and haul roll-off containers on assigned routes while maintaining safety and route accuracy.

The role requires a valid Class B CDL, DOT medical card, and a clean driving record. This position involves working outdoors, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, with comprehensive benefits offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand maps/navigation systems.
• Excellent truck driving and maneuvering skills.
• Preference for driving a manual transmission.
• General knowledge of truck mechanics.
• Good written and verbal communication with customers and dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck to deliver and remove roll-off containers on assigned routes or work orders.
• Maintain and update route sheets.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete DVIR logs.
• Inspect containers and ensure load securement.
• Interact professionally with customers and dispatch to ensure quality service.
