Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling in Columbus, OH is seeking a Roll Off Driver to service customers by loading, hauling, and delivering roll-off containers to disposal sites. You will operate a CDL-equipped truck, perform pre/post trip inspections, and uphold safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class B CDL at hire.
• DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain before hire.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• 1–2 years CDL driving experience preferred; waste industry a plus.
• Strong map-reading/navigation and clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off truck safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Load, haul, and deliver roll-off containers to customer sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs.
• Communicate with dispatch to coordinate additional work orders.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and professional customer interactions.
